"PRACTICAL OPTIONS FOR PRACTICAL CLIENT PROBLEMS . . . HOW AND WHY TO INCLUDE CHARITABLE PLANS IN LIFETIME AND ESTATE PLANNING"
This program will address what assets, at what time, and who should consider charitable plans that can help achieve a client’s personal planning objectives and philanthropy both. These plans can further estate, tax, retirement and financial planning goals, and can be made during lifetime and in estate planning both, for maximum advantages. A client can convert non-income producing assets into income producing for self and others, and utilize expensive assets for family to inherit like retirement plans, while attaining personal goals and significantly supporting favored charities. Gift arrangements can be funded PRE-TAX and create advantageous scenarios for a donor and family members, and still leave a significant gift to a Community Foundation for charities they have cared about during life. Donor stories will be used throughout this CE program to help identify clients the advisor may have who would benefit from such plans.
